Eazy Cool HVAC was founded by Cesar, a technician who spent over a decade learning the trade from the inside out. Starting in 2008, Cesar worked for multi-million dollar commercial and industrial HVAC companies, handling large-scale systems that demanded precision and accountability. That foundation shaped the way he approaches every job today.
In 2018, Cesar made a deliberate shift to the residential side of the industry. He wanted to work closer to the people his work directly affected — homeowners, families, and communities. That move gave him a broader skill set and a sharper eye for what residential clients actually need.
In 2020, Cesar launched Eazy Cool HVAC and landed his first tract work contract with Pulte Homes. That was the turning point. The business grew steadily, and today Eazy Cool HVAC installs HVAC systems in brand-new homes built by Pulte, Lennar, and Richmond American across Riverside County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County.
Alongside new construction, the team holds active service accounts with commercial clients like Jiffy Lube and Big O Tires, as well as property management companies throughout the region. Whether it's a brand-new build or a system that needs attention, Eazy Cool HVAC brings the same level of care to every call.
